Ambassador Mark Minton speaks at NAMBC monthly meeting

New US Ambassador Mark Minton (right) spoke at the monthly meeting of the NAMBC in Ulaanbaatar on October 23 attended by 40 NAMBC members. He was introduced by Vice President Jim Dwyer (left). Ambassador Minton covered a broad range of bilateral issues and said he looked forward to being with the Council at future monthly get-togethers. Ambassador Minton arrived in UB in September; he was previously the Deputy Chief of Mission at the American Embassy in Seoul.
