Registration deadline is September 1, after which a late registration fee will be assessed. A 3% discount is available to persons registering and remitting before August 10 (see below).

5:40 PM -- Buses depart from CK Hotel for opening reception; buses will return to the CK Hotel following the reception
6:00 to 8:00 PM -- Opening reception at the Mongolian National Museum of Modern Art; entertainment provided by the Arts Council of Mongolia

Monday, September 12

8:30 AM -- Breakfast Session -- Address by the Honorable Pamela Slutz, US Ambassador to Mongolia
9:45 AM �to 12:30 PM �-- 1st Business Session -- Panel on "State of the Business, Trade and Investment Environment in Mongolia"; speakers & panelists to be announced
12:30 PM to 2:15 PM -- Luncheon Session -- Speaker to be announced

AFTERNOON -- Free -- NOTE: A meeting with Mongolian President N. Enkhbayar at Government House may be scheduled for this afternoon or the afternoon of September 13. Bus transportation will be provided.
5:30 PM -- Buses depart for Bumbat Resort for dinner in the countryside and will return to the CK Hotel after dinner

Tuesday, September 13

9:00 AM to 12:30 PM -- Second Business Session -- Panels on "Alternative Views on What Mongolia Needs to Do" featuring leaders of all major political parties, and "New Ventures, New Opportunities", featuring a variety of NGO and entrepreneurial presenters; panelists and speakers to be announced

AFTERNOON -- Free -- -- NOTE: A meeting with Mongolian President N. Enkhbayar at Government House may be scheduled for this afternoon or the afternoon of September 13. Bus transportation will be provided.
5:45 PM -- Buses depart CK Hotel for Ikh Tenger and will return to CK Hotel after the reception
6:15 PM to 8:30 PM -- Private roundtable discussion with Prime Minister Ts. Elbegdorj followed by a farewell reception tendered by the Prime Minister in honor of the delegates to the Investors Conference.

REGISTRATION FEES AND DISCOUNTS-- Registration fees for September 11-13 include conference attendance and materials, three receptions, one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner and all transportation to conference events within Ulaanbaatar. Registration fees do not include hotel rooms, international airfare, airport transfer, or other meals.

The deadline for receiving registration fees and forms is September 1, after which there is a USD$50 late registration fee. Registrants submitting forms AND fees by August 10 may deduct 3% from the registration fee in any category.

For Voting and Non-Voting Members of the NAMBC ONLY who register a first delegate at the full registration fee in that category, the registration fee is discounted 40% for the second and any additional delegates from the same company/organization. This discount is NOT available to non-members nor to persons registering in any other categories.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES -- Remittance may be made (1) by a check drawn on a US in US dollars sent to NAMBC, 1015 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314-3551 USA �OR (2) by bank wire transfer to the NAMBC account in the US OR (3) by bank wire transfer to the NAMBC account at the Khan Bank in Ulaanbaatar.
